Conditions of participation
1. Scope of application
(1) These conditions of participation apply to the 12th Project Dialogue SpatialAnalyzer by event organizer VMT GmbH.
2. Registration
(1) The registration is binding after completing the online sign-up form.
(2) In case of paid registration, the registration will be confirmed in writing in an invoice sent to the participant.
(3) The registration deadline for the 12th Project Dialogue SpatialAnalyzer is September 28th.
3. Payment conditions and attendance fee
(1) With a current maintenance contract (with VMT or Hexagon Metrology Intelligence),
- the participation is included for 1 person per license,
- for each additional participant, including evening event: 300€ plus 19% VAT.
(2) For participants without a current maintenance contract with either VMT or Hexagon Metrology Intelligence, for each attendee, including evening event, 300€ plus 19% VAT.
Payment of the participation fee is to be made to the VMT GmbH account shown on the invoice. Transfer fees are included free of charge for the recipient and must be made using the designated subject.
(3) The participation fee is to be transferred immediately upon receipt of the invoice. You will receive an invoice after registration has been completed.
(4) German VAT must also be paid for participants from abroad, as the event location is in Germany.
4. Implementation
(1) The event will be held in accordance with the published program content, the applicable statutory provisions, and the recognized rules of technology.
(2) The organizer reserves the right to change speakers and/or to relocate or change the program and the topics if this does not fundamentally change the objective of the event. There is no entitlement to the event being held by a particular speaker or at a particular venue.
5. Withdrawal | Cancellation costs
(1) The cancellation deadline for the 12th SpatialAnalyzer Project Dialogue is September 17th, 2021. In the event of withdrawal from the event by this date, the participant fee paid to date will be refunded in full.
(2) If the contractual partner withdraws after this deadline, i.e., from September 18th, 2021, the participant fee will no longer be funded.
(3) Any withdrawal must be declared in writing to projektdialogSA[at]vmt-gmbh.de. In the event of absence from the event, the participant fee paid to date will be retained in full.
6. Cancellation of the event by the organizer
The organizer reserves the right to cancel the announced event due to insufficient numbers of participants or illness of speakers as well as other disruptions in business operations for which the organizer is not responsible. Already paid participation fees will be refunded in this case.
7. Data protection
(1) With regard to the provisions of the German Federal Data Protection Act, we would like to point out that your personal data will be stored and used for the purpose of fulfilling the contract.
(2) Your business contact data may be used by the organizer for marketing purposes in such a way as to send you brochures, agendas and other information about the event.
