Positioning and staking out
So that production and installation cycles can proceed smoothly and sometimes fully automatically, all the machines and plants involved have to be exactly aligned and positioned with respect to each other.
For preference, basic geodetic tasks are used for the basic alignment of machines in large production halls:
- Staking out hall layouts
- Positioning in 2D and 3D systems
- Alignments
- Horizontal directions
- Parallelism
- Perpendicularity
Besides these large-volume alignments, the work can also be carried out for low-volume objects.
- Alignment of multiple rollers to each other
- Positioning of small components such as brackets on larger supports
