All new SpatialAnalyzer licenses automatically include the first year of maintenance and support. After that, maintenance contracts can be renewed annually or for several years.
All maintenance contracts for SA licenses generally include:
- Maintenance with software updates, service around the software license
- Support for the software (phone and e-mail)
In addition, VMT GmbH, as official reseller of the software, offers its customers
- Telephone hotline, own support e-mail address and online web meetings
- German language newsletter on new software versions and events
- Free participation in the user meeting – SpatialAnalyzer project dialog
- German language support
- German language interface in SA
- Events in Germany (CONTROL + SpatialAnalyzer project dialog)

An extra from VMT to its customers:
- Extension of the scope of support for current SA maintenance contracts.
- Individually retrievable during the active maintenance period.
Possible inclusive services:
- Rent of an SA ULTIMATE license or
