History
VMT GmbH – a survey technology company – was founded in 1994 as a surveying office and now employs around 220 people worldwide.
In action internationally, we have branches on four continents and our work is based on a wealth of experience which grows and becomes more up-to-date with each new project. Our team is made up of engineers and specialists with many years of experience in industrial measurement.
The core business of VMT is in the development and sale for the guidance of tunnel boring machines in segmentally lined and pipe-jacked tunnels. The industrial measurement branch arose out of mould and segment measurement in tunnelling and has gained a foothold in a wide range of industries.
